MANUFACTURING AND SPECIALIST FABRICATIONS
ALMOR's manufacturing facility is located in Nottingham and comprises 3000m² of shop floor. A wide range of welding and metal forming equipment is complimented by cranage up to 20 tonnes and a qualified and experienced workforce operating to high QA standards. This shop is used for alloy fabrications, assembling new furnaces and furnace rebuilds.

SERVICE & PARTS
ALMOR's service engineers have a range of specialist skills including Combustion, PLC, Electrical, Refractory and mechanical know how. These skills are applied to complete refurbishments, upgrades, instrumentation and combustion systems etc, for most makes of furnace.

NEW FURNACES AND OVENS
ALMOR offers a wide range of standard furnaces and ovens and designs customised heat treatment installations based on specific process requirements. These are supported by extensive records enabling reliable replacement parts to be supplied during service.

INSTRUMENTATION AND PROCESS CONTROL
ALMOR's Process Control Division is continuously introducing new products to improve customer process and efficiency needs. These include atmosphere monitoring and control systems supported by highly experienced site service engineers. This division works closely with the equipment design division to ensure that appropriate control technologies are incorporated in ALMOR's equipment.
