Our 'Gaspro' series of products is designed to integrate low cost atmosphere analysers into furnace control systems to give highly repeatable results, meeting the ever-increasing quality demands of modern industry.
‘Gaspro-C’ is a range of three gas infrared analysers which accurately determine a furnace atmosphere’s carbon potential. These systems can be applied to batch furnaces either as a portable unit or fixed system and may be retrofitted to existing carbon control systems using ‘Eurotherm’ or ‘Marathon Monitors’ carbon controllers.
‘Gaspro-N’ is Almor’s gas nitriding control system suitable for programming temperature and atmosphere profiles, for which it utilises a thermal conductivity hydrogen sensor.
