Almor is pleased to announce the purchase of the entire share capital of Mormet (Fabrications) Limited from Mormet (Holdings) Limited with effect from 31 March 2009.
Mormet (Fabrications) will continue to trade under the existing name, from the same site in Tipton, West Midlands retaining the same staff and shop personnel.
Through this acquisition Mormet (Fabrications) Limited will continue to support and develop its many longstanding partnerships.
