FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Reporting to:  Financial Controller

Main responsibilities will include:-

  • Completion of factory labour reports
  • Intrastat and EC Sales listing
  • Reconcile and code credit card expenses
  • Preparation and posting of journals
  • Cost of Sales analysis
  • Post Engineers’ times to jobs
  • Engineers’ Utilisation report
  • Organising external transport
  • GRN/invoice matching
  • Minute taking for monthly meetings
  • General administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will be flexible, highly numerate, with some experience working in a finance function, and a willingness to learn.

Working knowledge of Excel and Word is essential.

Working hours are: Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm (lunch 1pm to 1.30pm) & Friday 8am-1pm

Holidays are 25 days per year plus bank holidays
